This privacy policy describes data processing regarding to data provided by the Customer to Tootmistarkvara OÜ Reg. No 11121907, Address Heki tee Haaslava Tartu 62107 Estonia (hereinafter "Maintenance") through use of the Maintenance application (hereinafter "Software").
In order to provide services available via Software, Maintenance needs to collect and process some data for the purpose specified herein.

Data collection

Upon providing the services to the Customer, Maintenance only collects and process data which is not considered as personal data (hereinafter "Data"), since the data cannot be linked to a particular person. Still, data could be linked to your business.
Maintenance shall collect and process only data that is voluntarily submitted by the Customer to Maintenance. If the Customer do not provide certain information, Maintenance are not able to provide Software services.

  • Maintenance do not disclose any information about the Customer to any third parties.

    Cookies are small data files stored on the Customer’s hard drive by a website Maintenance is using session cookies when providing the Customer with service for functionality purposes. Cookies also help Maintenance to monitor and improve the functionality and usage of the web sites.

    Maintenance has put in place appropriate technical measures to safeguard Customer’s Data from unauthorised access, loss and misuse.
